We endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we pack and despatch orders within 7 to 10 days subject to stock availability.

Delivery & Shipping Charges; OUTSIDE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA
The website calculates shipping based on your delivery address. Parcels will be posted timeously by air mail.

Customs
For addresses outside of Republic of South Africa you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Leader's-Edge., you are considered the importer of the products and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Discrepancies & Returns
Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers’ orders satisfactorily, discrepancies may occur. Please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department is notified of any errors within 7days of receipt. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Goods must be returned in the original packaging which is undamaged, only goods that are faulty or damaged on delivery will be returned at the cost of Leader's-Edge. Returns of any other nature must have the carriage cost borne by the purchaser.

Please do not return any goods without prior arrangement.
