How to Place an Order

Whenever possible, customers should use our web site to order the products. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to ensure a speedy execution of your order. Before your order can be completed, you will be required to provide your personal details (name, address, contact numbers etc). This is a once-off requirement per customer.
Alternatively, if you have already registered your details with us, then you can Log Yourself In by simply entering your e-mail address and password.
You will also be required to indicate your method of payment, ie. credit card(setcom) or direct bank deposit. If you choose to make payment using your credit card, then you will be required to provide your credit card details, including the CVV2 3-digit number appearing on the reverse of the card.

Credit Card / Setcom
We currently accept credit card payments on this website via Setcom. Customers are welcome to place an order online and use either their Credit Card or Debit Card - or if a Setcom member, their Setcom account. Please select this method of payment when checking out.

Direct Bank Deposit / Internet Banking
Payment can be made by Bank Deposit Slip or Internet Banking. We will compile your order, then wait for bank clearance or receipt of proof of payment before we ship.
Customers choosing the 'Direct Bank Deposit / Internet Banking' option should bear in mind that we will require proof of payment before goods can be despatched. We check our account every day. If payment is by Internet Banking the proof of payment can be sent automatically. Please include your order number, name or e-mail address on the transfer slip / proof of payment, so that we know who has made the payment. Please select this method of payment when checking out.
